Iain Walker grew up in the Lake District and has lived in Staffordshire, Oxford and New Zealand. He ventured to Hull on the grounds that the University of Hull offered an MA in Buffy studies and moved from there to the North Yorkshire coast. When he is not watching science fiction, Iain moonlights as a primary school teacher.
